I’ve already seen this session (yes, I’m a cheater) and I can tell you it is absolutely worth an hour of your time. If you’ve been behind the bar a while, you probably have a decent idea of what a “liqueur” is – but this seminar will take your understanding far deeper. Camper talks about everything from the history and regulations around liqueurs, to strange and wacky things you can do with them and applesauce. (You’ll have to watch to find out!)
