I created this cocktail as an example for the “How to Cost a Cocktail” video, and it came out great! I love how it really showcases the herbal qualities of Gin and Chartreuse.
Alaska Cocktail
I love any cocktail that uses Chartreuse - yellow or green! This cocktail is definitely no exception.

- 3 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, and stir with ice to chill.
- Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
