Our gratitude to Craig from A World of Drinks blog for hosting a super awesome theme this month which is Preserves! A few months back, we had a video on how to make Shrubs and that’s what we’ll use for this baby!
- 1.5 oz Patron Silver
- 1.5 oz Strawberry Shrub
- 3 Torn Basil leaves
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
Add First 3 ingredients into mixing tins with ice and shake to chill. Fine strain into a glass with one freshly torn Basil leaf. Add ginger beer and fill with ice. Garnish with Strawberry and Basil Salt (to make Basil Salt, add one teaspoon of dried Basil to 2 teaspoons of salt in a spice grinder. Quickly pulse to incorporate ingredients).
